- July/2021 – Many 4-wire units are being shipped, shipping varies but you receive tracking numbers from our couriers on dispatch. We’ve also upgraded our control panels and interfaces to be more user-friendly, allowing you to see what your unit is doing at any time.
- August/2021 – 6-wire units are preparing to go on-sale. Testing unit has been successful for the past 3-4 weeks and an improvement is on any 6-wire unit it is 2-way view, so changing settings are reflected on the top panel as well as the hottubmanager interface. Newsletter will update soon.
- September/2021 – Units are fully tested, supply issues have delayed the delivery and ability to start selling these units unfortunately.
- September/2021 – We can no longer accept PayPal payments, all payments will be processed by securely by Stripe our credit card processing partner.
- March/2022 – PayPal payments are now accepted once again as we have resolved the payment issues. We would recommend using Stripe/Credit-card payments however to avoid issues or delays to your order.
- April/2022 – Our new 6-wire unit is NOW AVAILABLE to purchase, please check compatibility before ordering
- April/2022 – We are trialling Royal Mail for sending out all packages instead of Evri now, this is automatically done at checkout
- April/2022 – We are aware of some 6-wire units (Hydrojet Pro Pump 2021) that have some display issues when using the controller. Functions still continue to work (buttons and remote control) but may show display flickers in use, we are investigating a solution but at present have no solution.
- 27/April/2022 – New 6-wire units have arrived and are being assembled, shipping will begin shortly, please subscribe to the mailing list below to find out when they become available.
- 07/May/2022 – New heater scheduler functions are being tested and will be available to users shortly. This will allow you to set which hours you want the heaters to operate to save on electricity costs

- 13/Dec/2022 – Out of Stock – I’ve taken all products out of stock for over Christmas due to postal delays and issues with deliveries. I hope everyone has a great Christmas and I’ll replenish stock in the new year.
- 01/March/2023 – New Home Assistant integration features are going into the latest versions, these will auto-register with MQTT/Home Assistant and provide full control and monitoring in your home assistant instance.
- 09/March/2023 – New stock is arriving and after testing will go on sale in the next week or so. Remember to stay subscribed to the mailing list to be notified as soon as the products go on sale, as always I only have limited numbers I can produce.

- 15/May/2023 – All current stock have sold out, I’m going to be building some new units and will be back on sale in the next 7-10 days. PLEASE ensure you check your pump is compatible. One notable incompatible unit is S200102.
- 29/June/2023 – Some users report issues with poor wifi signal, the units default back to access-point if they lose access to the wifi due to poor signal, if this happens please reboot/check if the wifi hottub-ap is visible and install additional/closer AP.
- 1/July/2023 – I’ve improved the wifi code so that temporarily losing wifi signal won’t default back to AP mode.
- 01/Aug/2023 – New units are now being built and will be onsale shortly
- 06/Aug/2023 – SERVER MAINTENANCE – THE SERVER WILL BE OUT OF ACTION ALL DAY 6th August so any remote management, control and reporting will be unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- 07/Aug/2023 – SERVER MAINTENANCE – The server will be undergoing further emergency work from 6pm on Monday the 7th until 10pm. Apologies for the late notice.
- 08/Aug/2023 – Following the server maintenance some hottubmanager units have NOT been logging data or allowing remote control. Those that have been affected have had an update (on the server) applied and should resume full control by the end of the day, we apologise for the inconvenience.
- 08/Aug/2023 – New units are on-sale once again.
- 12/Oct/2023 – Further firmware fixes to stop units dropping off wifi should an interruption (wifi drop/low signal) occur. This can be pushed to ANY units shipped in the past 12months.
- 14/March/2024 – Production of the new updated units has begun and will be returning to in-stock soon. Please check with compatibility before ordering. Ordering should open within the next 7 days.
