Terms and Conditions


Terms and conditions of sale and use of the hottubmanager product and service, by ordering and logging in to this service you have agreed to these conditions and their content.
  • Use of the hottubmanager product is subject to accepting these terms and conditions, those not wishing to accept these conditions must discontinue use of the product.
  • The product has no guarantee to be compatible with all hot tub products and any that are listed as compatible are advisories and not statements of fact, the end user must agree to the conditional nature of this product.
  • All devices are tested before shipping on two separate test pumps and verified operational, any failure that occurs within the first 30 days due to hardware error, manufacture error, etc, will be replaced at no charge to the end customer. Any damage caused by the end user in this period will be chargeable. Devices returned for repair/replacement will be inspected before a replacement issues.
  • The devices and products are in no way affiliated, endorsed or approved by Bestway, Lay-Z-Spa or their associated companies
  • Any operational failure, damage or fault caused directly or indirectly from the use of the hottubmanager hardware or software is entirely the responsibility of the end user/consumer and not the liability of hottubmanager, staff, owners or operators.
  • Hottubmanager is a small-scale production run and so time to ship, repair, update, etc, may be variable. We will endevaur at all times to advise the end users should delays take place.
